CRAFTED BLENDS

Our House Blends

Every blend starts as a cupping-table experiment before it earns a place on the shelf. We compose each recipe to hold up in drip, pour-over, and espresso alike.

  • Kettle House Blend — Brazil and Guatemala, milk chocolate and toasted hazelnut, our everyday drip coffee.
  • Copper Espresso — a three-origin blend built for crema and sweetness, notes of dark cherry and molasses.
  • Foundry Dark — Sumatra-forward blend with smoky, bittersweet depth for those who like it bold.

Brewing Guide

Every bag we sell leaves with a recommended grind size and ratio, but here are the basics we teach in our weekend cupping classes.

  • Pour-over: 1:16 ratio, medium-fine grind, water at 200°F, total brew time 2:30-3:00.
  • French Press: 1:15 ratio, coarse grind, four-minute steep before plunging.
  • Espresso: 1:2 ratio, fine grind, 25-30 second extraction for a balanced shot.
