Copper Kettle Roasting Co. is a boutique coffee roastery specializing in small-batch sourcing, roasting, and packaging of specialty-grade coffee beans. All references to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Copper Kettle Roasting Co. References to "you" refer to any visitor, customer, or user of our site or products.
2. Products and Availability
Our coffees are roasted in limited batches from seasonal, single-origin and blended lots. Because availability depends on harvest cycles and roast schedules, specific beans, roast profiles, or packaging shown on our site may sell out or be discontinued without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order and to correct any pricing or product description errors, including after an order has been placed.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Orders are considered accepted once confirmed by us via email, not merely upon submission. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout; all prices are shown in the applicable currency and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
4. Shipping and Freshness
Because our beans are roasted to order whenever possible, dispatch times may vary based on roast schedules. We aim to ship within the timeframe stated at checkout, but delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. To preserve freshness, we recommend brewing beans within the window noted on each bag.
5. Returns and Quality Guarantee
As a food product, coffee is generally non-returnable once opened. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective order, contact us within seven days of delivery through the details on contact.php and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Unopened, unused items may be returned within fourteen days of delivery.
6. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt site functionality, scrape content for commercial redistribution, or misuse any contact form, including the submission of false or malicious information. We may suspend access for any user who violates these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
